The firm specializes in the drafting, filing and prosecution of patents, industrial designs and trademarks, and conducting preliminary prior art searches therefor, as well as preparing opinions such as infringement, patentability and FTO opinions.
Israel is an attractive location to file patents, industrial designs and TM applications due to its highly developed business and technological environment as well as due to the relatively low cost and convenience. For example, translations are not required as applications may be - and typically are - filed in English; and continuation applications are not required for prolonged prosecution.
